A-02

Scope of work

Six groups of work taken on regularly. Pick one part or the whole system.

  • Corporate sites and landing pages

    S-01

Sites that introduce an organisation, product, or service. Fast to load, findable in search, and editable by your team afterwards.

    • Designed for the brief
    • Content editing
    • SEO and schema
    • Two or more languages
  • Web applications

    S-02

Systems people log into to do real work, with user permissions, approval steps, and reporting for whoever signs off.

    • Users and permissions
    • Approval flows
    • Reports and dashboards
    • Excel and PDF export
  • Internal business systems

    S-03

Replacements for the paper trail and the spreadsheet that keeps getting emailed around — document control, inventory, HR, scheduling.

    • Process survey first
    • Legacy data migration
    • User training
    • Documentation in Thai and English
  • Integrations and APIs

    S-04

Getting systems that already exist to talk to each other, in-house or external, from payment gateways to LINE.

    • API design
    • Payment gateways
    • LINE and messaging
    • Scheduled data sync
  • Legacy system rescue

    S-05

Systems that still run but are slow, breaking, or unmaintained. We read the existing code, report what is actually there, and lay out the options.

    • Code and infrastructure audit
    • Fix slow and unsafe paths
    • Move to cloud
    • Rewrite piece by piece
  • Maintenance and iteration

    S-06

After handover there is still someone who answers, fixes bugs, applies security updates, and ships the next feature.

    • Bug fixes by severity
    • Security updates
    • Backups
    • Monthly feature work

If what you run is not on this list, ask. Most of it has come up before, and if it has not, you will hear that before the job is taken.

Build sequence

Five stages, in the order they actually happen. None get skipped.

  1. Site survey

    1–3 days · no charge

How the work gets done today, where it jams, and what the new system has to fix. If something is already running, we ask to see the real thing.

What you getA one-page scope summary
  2. Drawings

    3–7 days

Data structure, the main screens, and the work broken into line items with hours against each. You see the price before any code is written.

What you getItemised quote and screen drafts
  3. Construction

    2–12 weeks

Built in weekly cycles. Every cycle ends with a link you can click and use — no waiting until the end to see it.

What you getA test link, updated weekly
  4. Handover inspection

    1–2 weeks

Tested together with the people who will actually use it. Everything on the punch list gets fixed before handover.

What you getSource, database, manuals, and training
  5. Maintenance

    Monthly retainer or per incident

Someone picks up the issue, fixes the bug, applies the security update, and builds the next thing you asked for.

What gets built

Systems delivered before, described by type — most clients run these internally rather than in public.

  • W-01

    Hospital and clinic systems

Appointments, queues, patient records, and management reporting

  • W-02

    Orders and inventory

Taking orders, moving stock, issuing documents, syncing with accounts

  • W-03

    Electronic document control

Routing correspondence, annotations, sign-off, and retrieval

  • W-04

    Management dashboards

Pulling several systems into one picture that updates itself

  • W-05

    Multilingual corporate sites

For organisations serving both Thai and international users

  • W-06

    Booking and queueing

Mobile booking, LINE notifications, and on-site queue management

Real examples can be shown in the first call. Some systems are internal and cannot be published.
